					<description>He has pretty strict guidelines for grading albums. He's aware of his own biases too which I appreciate. What I would let slide from some of my favortie groups like King Crimson he completely calls it like it is. His review of the KC Album 'Islands' comes to mind. 

Then he'll give high marks for a band he doesn't necessarily care for but recognizes their contribution to the music of the day, i.e The Cocteau Twins. 

Even though the overall rating might be disappointing for example, Steely Dan got an overall C rating
He's Less biased than I would be.

Personally, I prefer to liken this guy to  the &quot;muppet show&quot; characters.

					<description>That guy's reviews (at least the ones I sampled) are great...I picture someone who looks like the Comic Book Store Guy from the Simpons sitting in a room lined w/albums, Twinkies, and cigarettes.  Either that or Statler and Waldorf from the Muppet Show.
